　　每人一個業(yè)務(wù)代表資格證號，每人只可擁有一個業(yè)務(wù)代表資格證號。本規(guī)范同樣適用于業(yè)務(wù)代表及其配偶。

　　One Sales Representative Status Per Person

　　An individual may have only one Herbalife Sales Representative status. This policy applies to both the Sales Representative and their spouse.

　　一個實體只能具有一個服務(wù)提供商身份，并且不得直接或間接協(xié)助任何其他服務(wù)提供商的業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營。如果康寶萊確定服務(wù)提供商直接或間接協(xié)助其他服務(wù)提供商的業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營，康寶萊有權(quán)自行決定處置該等服務(wù)提供商，包括但不限于終止其服務(wù)提供商身份。

　　An individual may have only one Service Provider-ship and may not, directly or indirectly, assist in the operation of any other Service Provider-ships. If Herbalife determines that a Service Provider is directly or indirectly assisting in the operation of another Service Provider-ship, Herbalife shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine the disposition of both Service Provider-ships，including but not limited to，the termination of the Service Provider-ships.
